Namashkar.Facing maintenance cases since 10 years,498 and DV dismissed.Paying maintenance @20000 per month.Party demanding Rs 25 lakh as one time settlement.Plz guide me how to get out of it.I am in Govt job.Is it solution to leave govt job.
Dont leave job. Even a jobless husband has to legally pay to his wife as per the Courts.
