Dear Hubertson,
Iam an NRI Engineer Gulf married Dowry free on 2010 with mental disorder girl without prior info .After few months( 2011), Iam stuck with false 498A, DV cannot travel abroad lost job.Now its more than 2 years Case is not moving ahead.What can you suggest me?

This is family issue. You may speed up the case by filing revision petition at high court.
As a NRI, if they face any problem in a foreign country, I can take up the issue with the Indian Embassy over there through MLA and favour such persons. Also I will take up the issue with Ministry of Oerseas Indian Affairs, External affairs, Protector of Emigrants, PM Office, CM Office, President Office, Directorate of Public Greivances, Chief Minister's Special Cell and so on and favour them.
