I own a flat in Pune camp in a coop housing society, I stay in the flat with my brother and three friends who are dentist as well because of them the society members are harassing me making me pay 2 times the maintainence charges of the society as non occupancy which are a huge 400rs per month which makes my charges rs 800 per month. Rather than the allowed 10%.. I require your advice as to what action can be taken in such a scenario, please help me out in this issue awaiting your reply.
