NOMINEE CAN SALE THE FLAT ?

Property with two joint holder ( my father & my aunty)..
There are 100% Nominee of my name.. my father is died now.. I have also 2 sister..
what papers required ?
Is nominee can sale the flat ?

Nominee can not sell the flat, he is only a trustee and holds the flat in trust for the legal benefiaries of the owners.
