We are staying in ground floor apartment, the apartment buildins consists of 32 homes. In the ground floor corridor which is next to our home, kids are playing and making lot of noise. This is impacting our mental peace and creating tensions.
1. Is the kids noise in apartments is legal?
2. What action I can take up to prevent this noise?
