Noc issue with society

Hello, recently i have sold my flat and my whole society is almost of general caste including me. I have sold flat to obc caste person. Now some members from my society are saying they will not give noc. Now what to do in this situation? Also its only 4-5 month old society. Builder is saying now society will give noc, but society has no chairmen nothing. So what to do?

Article 14 of the Constitution of India provides for equality before the law or equal protection within the territory of India.The State shall not deny to any person equality before the law or equal protection of law within the territory of India. File a petition with Registrar of Societies and get an order from him.
