My wife has applied for the passport and we are staying on rent. The owner is not ready to give NOC for Passport.
What is the solution for this. Will my wife be able to apply for passport without NOC from the owner? We are waiting for the police verification and came to know that the police office wants NOC from the owner. Is there any other option for not getting NOC from the owner?
