Petition under Section 151 of C.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in W.P. the High Court may be pleased to suspend of G.P.Rt.No.1887, Labour, Employment, Training and Factories (IMS) Dated 26.9.2008, published in Andhra Pradesh Gazettee No.582, Part-I, Extraordinary, Dated 14.10.2008, as final Notification issued by the 1st Respondent pending disposal of the Writ Petition and further direct the 2ndrespondent not to insist for payment towards contributions under the ESI Scheme pending WP No. 33235 of 2010 on the file of the High Court.
The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order.(The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case).
ORDER:
Until further orders, no penal action be initiated against the writ Petitioners-colleges for non-payment of contribution to the ESI Corporation.
