NI Complain dismissed due to not considered power of attorney by JMFC

Hi, 
I have filed complaint us 138 ni act for recovery of legal debt by wife of complaint who was known the facts of the circumstances of the case but court dismissal the complaint during verification for reasons that wife is not having the knowledge of transiction took place with husband and accused also in the heading only authorised person has mention and not mention power of attorney, but power of attorney alredy on record and brief facts had been mentioned in power of attorney
so please give me advice for revision
