I have a 4 floor merchentle building .My neighbour is planning to bulid 1st floor of his building. The wall shared between the two buildings is mine. I have put my ac outdoors on that wall.He is asking me to remove my outdoors so that he can build the 1st floor. But the wall comes under my area. So, does he have a right to build on that wall or does he have to leave a 1ft gap between the buildings. Also if he is allowed to build on my w
all then are there any loopholes I can use to stop him like there is a window on the wall. PS I am from town area in West Bengal.
