Needs attachement of AIIMS Act-1956 & RCI ACT-1992

Hi friends,

Can Anyone access to the AIIMS act-1956 (and rules laid there underin)& Rehabilitation council of India Act-1992(and Rules laid underin) from the archives of the Internet.I could not locate it.If found kindly send me the attachement at ADVOCATEYMAHAJAN@YAHOO.CO.IN
