Hello All ,
This is Prathama , my father died 2 years back and wrote a "will" on my favor that after my death all moveable and immoveable property belongs to me , "will" is signed from two witnesses and is notarized also.
We are three sisters all married , i am the eldest one , out of two other (well settled) , one accept the willl but other sister not and asking me to take the case to court. What is my chances to win as I cannot afford much of advocate fees.
Please advice.
