Need some advice on Divorce under Muslim Law

My parents have been married close to 26 years. yesterday, for the second time we realised my Dad has been using our(kids') names to get charity even though we do not need it.

1. IF you do not need it, just simply do not take and forget the issue, unless you wish to file criminal complaint against Father, for criminal intimidation, breach of trust, misrepresentation, etc....
