I was appointed by way of an advertisement in the pay scale of Rs. 3050-75-3950-EB-80-4590 in a semi Government office of the Haryana Government as clerk in the month of Sept. 2007 for a period of six months and my post is continuing. The period of appointment is extended after six months without any break in service. The pay scale as mentioned above have been revised to Rs. 5200-20200 w.e.f. 01.01.2006. My point of seeking legal opinion is that whether my salary is to be drawn in the unrevised scale or new pay scale which is operative from 01.01.2006. since my date of appointment is 25th Sept. 2007.Whether I am entitled for an annual increment or not in a temporary appointment.?.
