Three cases had been filed on one person at three states , already Bihar police arrested him for the Compliant given to them , when he was in judicial custody there , one more compliant has been filed at Assam , they took him from the jameshedpur jai via court process to Guwhat and remanded him there. Now he is in assam and the person is moving Bail there , if the bail granted whether they will allow him to walk off from there or they will handover to Jameshedpur police or whey will ask for bail for that. In addition to all one more complaint has been given at Bangalore and FIR has been registered as the issued and process goes like noodles , suggest us the remedy to face it legally and what all are the options available.
Can we quash the case by filing one petition at Karnataka Highcourt for the bangalore compliant ?
