Need help employment tremination

Hi Sir,

I work in software firm for 5 months.Recently my employer terminated and below is package detail in offer letter where in Other Allowance 4,242,000 instead of 424200.

Query: Can I claim the same by reporting the same to labour commisioner or court?

Offer package details:

Basic 9,60,000 
HRA 4,80,000 
Medical Allowance 15,000 
Transport Allowance 19,200 
PF 21,600 
Other Allowance 4,242,000 
Total Eligible Annual CTC 19,20,000
