Myself Vinay K Maurya ex-Court Manager Punjab & Haryana High Court. I want to know if my job related case is pending in Hon'ble High Court Chandigarh and since last 6 months Hon'ble High Court is not deciding the case; neither favouring nor dis-favouring, only giving next date; and due to this we (all 38 Court Managers posted in each districts of Punjab and Haryana) are suspended.
Can I write a letter to Hon'ble chief Justice of India requesting to look into the matter so that careers and personal life of all 38 Court Managers could be saved?
We already tried to put this matter to Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana but could not get their time. Also, sent a written letter to then but did not get any response. So I want to put this matter to hon'ble CJI.
