Need career guidance from respected lawyers/law students.

I am an MBA IT graduate from an open university and interested to enter law field.I passed MBA two  years back but I have not started working since then due to my chronic illness.I need to get cleared some doubts from  you experts.

1) If I have law degree and  am working as a full-time employee for a public/private sector , Can I practice law in court ? if the answer  no then the same rule does apply for part-time emloyees ?

2)I know a Law officer working in private firm may represent their client in court but I intend to know how they  differ from an advocate practicing in court. ?

3)Can an advocate be part-time lecturer of a college or university ?

4)Does a data-entry operator working for state goverment count as a ministerial staff ?

I am confused regarding my career.Owing to my chronic illness , my career has been compromised.

I am 27ys old now and not doing any job.I forgot my all programming and database skills. Please tell me weather I should enter law field or not ?  I am expecting to get a data entry job(state government) within two month. Moreover My MBA is not valid for state government jobs due to new rules so I need to do law or MA english. please guide me.

best regards,

Shukla
