i want to rent out a flat in kolkata for a monthly rent of rs.9000. In West Bengal....clauses under the Rent Act favour the tenant. As a landlord....i would like some help to draft an agreement which favours me in case of rent payment and flat possesion after the agreed time period. And i have also heard that even for a 11 month agreement.......the document has to be registered or else it is an invalid documnet.
