Need advice on DV Interim Maintenance Order

Recently wife's DV Interim Maintenance petition was approved by JMFC court and 10000 pm maintenance amount was passed. She is doctor by profession and we had provided prescripttion proofs of dummy patients that had gone to visit. also submitted affidavits in court of the patients. Above that court asked her opinion she filed an affidavit that she des not work. On basis on this affidavit interim order was passed. Please let me know what options I have to challenge this order .

Court ordered to pay amount for interim, what is the next procedures not to pay immediately last 2 months already advocate taken extension time from court

During pendency of appeal do I need to pay maintenance. Will original case continue in lower court or will be on hold till appeal is complete
