hi,
i am starting a new educational business and in that i am going to sell an educational product which costs 1000 INR. for to get more attention from people i would like to introduce referrel program. if any one refers a new client to us, we will give him some comission from the sales generated by him. can someone legal advisor let me know, is this legal according to the indian law?

What kind of educational product you mean??? You need to take requisite permission from the departments and also with universities, if applicable. further you also need to execute an agreement with the persons who shall be giving you referreal for commission.
