Dear Experts,

Supplier has petitioned the NCLT Chennai bench because we owe him more than one crore in unpaid invoices.On June 26, 2023, the case was listed and scheduled for hearing.Please advise if we pay the supplier Rs. 30 Lakhs and the total is less than Rs. 1 Crore; in this scenario, can he continue the matter before NCLT or else advise the next steps.
