in state consumer commission , rgd post tickets affixed on envelope with addresses of opposite party are sought.whether in NCDRC,stamped envelope for opposite party are needed,also the self addressed envelop be attached .pl mention the practice.thanks

THANKS SIR, i have prepared appeal,affidavit, index,copy of judgements from lower courts ,other documents supporting as proof for submission. now the problem is memo of parties,so i was thinking to send stamped address written should be sent or not.that is doubt .i have not dispatched appeal,
