one of my friend have nbw in india .now is in u.s .2 years back he was issued check 's to xyz due finacial
problems it got bounced .xyz kept book the case on my friend .now my friend want to come india .but nbw is ther
on him .now he was asking me for surity .is there any problem while i give the surity to him .wht meant by surity
exactly .kindly suggest me in this

You first need to get the said NBW recalled and then contest the case.
