What if an Indian sports person is charged with drug usage charges......
1) How can he prove he is not liable.... as in what stand can he take?
2) He can be made liable under The Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and also under The United Nations International Conventions Against Doping in Sports..... or any other acts????
