Name vorrection in ssc certificate

I passed SSC examination 2004 from AP SSC Board Hyderabad. My name original name is "SUBRAMANYAM" and as per SSC marks memo my name is "SUBRAMANYM". Letter "A" is missing.

Now the state is divided into Telangana and AP, I am belaongs to AP state.

I am a PG holder, Remaining all the certificates expect my name is printed correctly. Kindly suggest me how yo correct this.
