Name initial issues

I am B.SANDHYA born in Chennai and My father name is B.KUMAR. I am SC caste. My father died in 1994. We dont have any document of our father. I have been selected for a government job. Will my initial be a problem. My father gave our Ancestors name as our initial. My father name B.KUMAR, mother name B.NALINI, sister name B.VARDHINI like that. please do reply this is my life..
