Name in 7/12 extarct

Hi All,

I have a small query . My mother had her name in 7/12 extract of 2010. but after that she has left the rights on the land.( Hakks Sod). So is my mother still a farmer or she has to get certificate of being Farmer from Mamledaar office.

In both cases where she is still a farmer or she has to get the certificate , can myself being a son of farmer is a farmer and my name can be easily added to 7/12 of other property which I bought.
