Na land

We have NA land purchased 25 years back. We have the Registered document and Index 2 that shows that the open plots are in our name.

What if 7X12 document if missing? How do we get the 7X12? Do we need to take seller to get 7X12?

What if the plot is planned for development and seller has not fullfill that.

U go to Taliti / Tehshildar / Collector office for that and give a application of your Survey / Block / Plot No. ____ , Villeage name ________ , Taluka Name _________ , District Name __________ for your 7/12 then they give a latest 7/12 copy to u.

Many Thanks...! Yes, these information is avaialbel on Index2. Do we need the presense of seller to get 7/12 at Taliti / Tehshildar / Collector office? What is Property Card? Is it possible to get Property card without 7X12?

Yes, but u attach a Index-2 copy and Sale Deed copy (Both r true copy). Seller presense is not require. If property in city area at that time property card is available in some city, but u go to talati office for that they r inform u.
