My share in grandfathers property

Property details,

My grandfather [Mothers father] has a property which he bought himself and which is not an ancestor property. Legal hairs of the property are my mother and her two sisters. Also my GF has written a will that after his death the property goes to the three daughters. He is alive now.

Now the family is planning to sell the property but my mother does not want to share the money with me but with my sister.

My queries,

1) Am I entitled to claim on the money or property?

2) Do I need to sign while selling the property?

3) If the answers to the above queries are NO, please let me know how I can proceed further
