I am M.Ramchander Rao(age:58 years).I will be retiring in the year 2015.I have 2 houses.
House-1: Land was purchased by my mother and with my self earned money i have build the house(In the veelnama it is cleared mentioned as land is purchased by my mother and i have
build the house and now the land is on my name)
House-2: Land is self earned and house is also constructed with my self earned money by taking loan from LIC housing finance.
I have 2 children{1-son,1-daughter} both are married,my wife and daughter-in-law.I do not want to give any kind of my property share to my son or daughter
My Questions:
1.Can they(son or daughter) claim the property share in my property? If Yes how is the property divided?
2.What steps should i take in order not to get my self earned property to my son or daguhter?
