Dear Sir I am not in agreement with my wife on lot of issues due to which there is always a enviroment of displeasure and negativity in home I am planning to buy some land or some home but I dont want to share that with my wife, my wifes alongwith her father have sometimes have threatened me with sec 498, i dont want to initiate divorce as that would call for maintainence as well but if I were to buy some land or home could you please guide me how should i avoid myself against that property been coming in legal tangles in case i apply for divorce or my wife initiates divorce as that is my hard earned money and I dont want to share that with her please advice
