My father expired as my wife went off to her home and not showing my only sin.. what legal action can i take against her?

My wife went to her home after small issues between us. And the reason for issues is her mother..she wanted my wife to keep me in control and trouble my parents. I have a audio recoding proof for that. My wife didnt show my son to any of us even after i asked to send video of him.. my father went into depression and expired due to massive heart stroke.. what legal action can i take on her other than applying for divorce?
