I was hired by my employer on this job without any agreement signed nor was it on a contract basis. I worked under my employer for 3 months. Since there was no job security, I quit my job.
My employer now refuses to pay me my last month salary. He says I did not give a notice period.
There was no agreement signed nor was I officially hired. There are no legal documents. Those people are the franchise of a private company.
What are possibilities in my case? Please help.
