My compensation job given to my son and he is not looking me.

My husband was a railway employee and after his death I have given the job to my elder son because my younger son is under age. After my elder son get the job he is not looking me and my son , is there any option to do something against him or any right to do something.

U can claim maintenance from him under section 125,crpc

You can file maintenance application in criminal court. In addition you can file complaint with your son's employer.
