Mutual consent divorce under the civil marriage act

Dear Advocates,

Need your advise urgently.

Can a couple whose marriage took place in Goa and got registered under civil law (hindu marriage) in Goa itself, but are working and residing in Mumbai (and got separated while residing in Mumbai after marriage), can they file a mutual divorce petition in Mumbai?? 

Please note, the wife has a Goan domicile (born and brought up) whereas the husband is from Mumbai.
