Could you please let me know if the below said from Municipal department is correct or not.
I have purchased a plot where there was a small ground floor rooms with iron sheets.During purchase we have demolished them and got it registration done, because those are completely old.
When applied for a mutation of property, the authorities has told that they cannot provide mutation of property on a open land.Is this true?
