Mutation

An erratic guarrantoor  of one  loan paid off for the borrower''s loan .Can he  stop the mutation of the borrower's father property to be mutated in the name of the borrower's  mother? However this guarrantor has no relation to the burrowers fathers property .This property is a lease property and after the death of the leasee it has to be mutated in the name of the wife of the leasee. The leease after his death left behind his 2 sons and his wife. The sons have relinquished their father's property in the name of their mother.

This guarrantor is blackmailing the borrower that after his fathers death he wants his sons part of the deceased father's property but the son's want the property of theeir deceased father to be given to their mother after relinqishment of the said property but the guarrantor to the earlier loan is objecting though he has no link to this property.

please advise
