Hi All,
1. Marriage took place 2.6 years back as per muslim customs (JUN-2009)
2. after 3 weeks of marriage, she absconded from the marital home (Jul -2009)
3. lodged false 498A after 5 months of marriage (NOV-2009)
4. Husband initiated the divorce at QAZI in SEP-2010
5. Filed false 125 Crpc as counter of divorce
6. Husband pronounced Triple TALAQ before QAZI on MAY-2011
7. Sent the TALQNAMA to wife , and she received it and replied back saying not accepting it
8. Approached QAZI for divorce registration but he denied to do
9. Approached court for the same, and my adovcate registered using the "CHAPTER 5 /51 section" and the case is registed as "OS XXXX:.
Can some one tell what does this section "CHAPTER 5/51 section " means?
