Most urgent

I hv required urgent council from you. My friend belongs to Baisya caste, her wife is Brahmin. Both are General caste. My questions are. 1. Whether her wife can register a land in her name by using his father's name with his father's caste. For example... Mrs X, D/o- Mr Y. 2. After registration, whether her husband can get any rights on the land or not??? 3. If any rules are available, plz share it as PDF.

Thank you very much for your valuable answer. Sir I want to know, 1. In which circumstances her wife can register the land in her father's caste with a proper right of her husband in the land. 2. Can her husband co-applicant during a housing loan for the specific land, if she registers the land by using her father's caste.

Caste doesn't play any role in any of the things you had mentioned above
