I have to give moot court presentation on this case please help me to drafting a memorial on it
Rohit Patil, 28 years is arrested for some whatsapp posts exchange. Rohit had forwarded those posts against Congress leaders to persons in his contacts and also had shared them in face book.
He was charged for the offence under S. 66A of Information Technology Act, 2005. An application under S. 482 is filed in this matter. Argue for Rohit Patil and seek appropriate orders.
