Hello .,
I have transfered 1,10,000 Rs wrongly to VGN developers bank account ( i added VGN as payee as bought house from vgn ) instead of transferring to my brother's account due to computer mouse problem and its been more than 8 months and VGN is not repaying that amount.
please suggest/Advise the way/chances to take legal action in this case .
