money lendering acts

sir.,
we are from Andhra Pradesh.,plz expain the acts against money lendering and how can i get protection by their harassment.

iam being harrased by a financier..
actually i returned his amount.but he wants more interest..he used unparliamentary words and threatens me..there is no promisery notes or undertaking letters made beween us.how can i approach to furnish F.I.R against him

Simplly contact your local police station and explain your situation to them, even file a written complaint.

He can do no harm to you, just forget and ignore him. There is an Idiom ; Braking dogs never bite.
