MO Act 2005

Can a builder be held accountable under MOFA Act 2005, If he has not provided amenities as advertised in his publicity pamphlet, based on which consumers have bought houses. The agreement clauses do not mention the amenities like swimming pools and gardens etc

Definitely such buildor/developer is liable to face the consequences as mentioned in MOFA Act, 2005.
