I ma having a Flat in joint name with my wife. First name being her. All the payments were made by me. The Account through which these payments were made is also in joint name (hes name is Second holder in Bank Account). Now, she has filed the litigation and claiming that she had made all the payments. Please help me how should I prove that I had made all the payments.
We were married 12 years back. Just few days back only I had come to know that she is not divorced from her first marriage. She just told me that I am divorced from first marriage.
Please help me with the following questions :
Is our marriage a valid one ?
She can be called my wife or not ?
Can she claim her right in the property ?
What legal action can I take for cheating me about the divorce ?
How should I show the proof that I had made the payments ?
