Hi, I have bought an apartment in Bangalore of which the room dimensions are not matching with the actual dimension which I got before the purchase. All together there is 100 square feet less carpet area, which is a huge amount. Also all room walls, pillar and roofs are not straight. It's being more than a month now the work is going on in a newly constructed apartment, which looks like a old apartment and some renovation is going on. Builder is not at all responsible and also giving false commitment most of the time.
i need some information what I can do now, if I will file a case then what kind of case it should be and how long it will take for the result?
