Mental illness

Sir,

My wife has some Psychiatric prescripttions of mine. Can she use it to prove that I am mentally ill.Does depression is equal to insanity.Please answer me with some judjements passed by the Hon'ble court

My son is 4+ years of age. My wife is suffering from cancer-Stage-IV ( Last stage) . Can a terminally ill mother get the custody of the child.

Mathe condition of both of you is serious. She is suffering from last stage of cancer and you are suffering from depression. Both of you should work together for the betterment if your child rather than fight court cases
