A,B,C are employees of a MNC X. A and B holds an Indian passport and work from Bangalore office for “X”. C is a British national works from London for the MNC “X”. “Y” is the client of “X”. All three A,B and C primarily works for “Y”.
A reports to B in India as well as A also reports to C in London for work. A has issue with C and wants to file a law suit against C for mental harshment. The following queries needs attention:
- As C is not an Indian Citizen is C is legally complied with Indian Penal code as both A and C works for the same company?
- Can C be prosecuted under Indian legal penal code for mental harassment and cruelty ?
