Mental harassment at work place

A,B,C are employees of a MNC X. A and B holds an Indian passport and work from Bangalore office for “X”. C is a British national works from London for the MNC “X”. “Y”  is the client of “X”. All three A,B and C primarily works for  “Y”. 

A reports to B in India as well as A also reports to C in London for work. A has issue with C and wants to file a law suit against C for mental harshment. The following queries needs attention:

  1. As C is not an Indian Citizen is C is legally complied with Indian Penal code as both A and C works for the same company?
  2. Can C be prosecuted under Indian legal penal code for mental harassment and cruelty ?
  3. How does Law works in this situation? How does the cross country compliance does work in this situation?

iN ORDER TO PROSECUTE C C HAS TO BE EXTRADITED TO INDIA AS WE HAVE AN EXTRADITION TREATY WITH uk.ONCE HE IS EXTRADITED TO INDIA  WE CAN PROSECUTE AND PUNISH HIM  IN ACCORDANCE WITH IPC.iF YOU APPRECIATE THIS ANSWER PLEASE CONVEY MY FORUM THANKS BY CLICKING THANKS.ALSO aT THE TIME OF  FOFRMATION OF THE iNDIAN COMPANY THEY MUST Have incorporated a JURISDICTION CLAUSE  WHICH SAYS ANY DiSPUTE  WITH ANHYTHING  or anyone MAY BE DECIDED EITHER BY AN ARBITRATOR O R A PARTICULAR  COURT either High Court or Supreme court.So any liitgation issue civil or criminal would be decided by these Indian courts.
