Mental harassment and defamation at workplace

I have been working in a reputed Indian organization since last 4 years. Few days back, I had a conflict with my Boss, and since then he started pressurizing me to resign from the services. Though I did not resign so far, he asked me not to come to office. I have kept all these communications documented over mail. Currently, I am not going to office anymore. kindly suggest what should be my next course of action.
