My wife file a criminal case & issue a search warrenty to take my son of 14 month old on 2009, followed by she lodge a act VIII ( for Guardianship & Custody) case & withdraw the criminal case in a calculated way after 7 mionths. Now I have submitted divorce petition in a district court in the ground of disertion & cruelty. I have asked her several times before submitting pitition to come back but she didn't respond. Now I have asked her to go for a mutual divorce to avoid long time litigations in court of law, but now also she reluctunt. Just 3 months before court passed a order for visiting right for me as a father in once a month, now I am challenging this order at high court. I want to know what will be the right step for me after that. & Plz any one help me by giving address of some good "Mediation Centre" situated at Kolkata & how can I approch for mediation.
